Mentor James offers private academic mentorship, model research papers, study guides, coursework review, and tutoring guidance. All materials, consultation notes, and delivered written drafts are intended strictly for academic reference, research guidance, and model learning purposes to assist students in understanding core curriculum concepts.

3. User Accounts & Google Authentication

To place and manage orders, you may create an account using your email address or authenticate via Sign in with Google. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and session tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity. You may delete your account and associated records at any time by contacting support at hello@mentorjames.com.

4. Order Placement, Deadlines & Delivery

When ordering, you are required to submit accurate specifications (academic level, page count, deadline, and detailed assignment guidelines).

• Turnaround Guarantee: We commit to delivering your requested work within the agreed deadline category (ranging from 30 minutes to 30 days) selected during checkout, provided clear instructions and payment have been confirmed.
• Delivery Channel: Completed files and drafts are securely delivered directly to your client order dashboard for inspection and download.

5. Revision & Satisfaction Policy

We stand behind the quality of our academic mentorship:

• Free Revisions: We provide free revisions within 14 days of order delivery if any delivered work fails to meet the original instructions specified at checkout.
• Scope of Revisions: Revision requests must align with the initial prompt. Requests that introduce new guidelines, different topics, or expanded page lengths not present in the original order will be quoted as an add-on.
